  • •Lead the creation and identification of recurring revenue streams across HP from a finance perspective.
  • •Drive planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of recurring revenue across the organization.
  • •Allocate financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensure timely delivery of financial programs.
  • •Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines for consistent financial and tracking metrics across the company.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •12+ years of job-related and/or management experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of prior people management experience.
  • •Deep ARR/SaaS experience, including business models and technical accounting and external reporting.
  • •Ability to influence across a matrix organization supporting pan-HP initiatives.
