Job Summary

Design and implement scalable test automation for web and mobile applications, building robust automation frameworks and reusable libraries using Selenium WebDriver and Appium. Define test strategies and plans, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and apply shift-left practices to improve release confidence. Own defect management through tracking, root-cause analysis, and regression validation, while collaborating with product, business, developers, and onshore test leads and mentoring QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test libraries for web and mobile applications.
•Create automated scripts for functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
•Define test strategies, test plans, and quality standards, and identify test scenarios and edge cases from requirements and designs.
•Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to enable continuous testing using shift-left practices.
•Manage defects by identifying, tracking, performing root-cause analysis, validating fixes, and ensuring no regression impact across applications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
•Strong hands-on experience testing enterprise web and mobile applications.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and with globally distributed teams.
•Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Appium, plus test automation framework design (with experience using TestNG or JUnit).
