Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate adoption and sustained use of approved AI capabilities across the Hong Kong pillar, translating platforms and priority use cases into measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead demand shaping, rollout, change management, colleague enablement, control embedment, and value tracking for AI initiatives delivered through Value Streams and central platforms.
  • •Create intake, triage, prioritisation and rollout mechanics for business-led AI demand, and establish an adoption cadence with reviews and benefits tracking.
  • •Define governance with clean RACI across business owners, Value Streams, Technology, Risk/Compliance, and central AI teams, ensuring conformity to Group safe-use standards.
  • •Coordinate response execution with Technology/Cyber/Risk for AI-related incidents impacting customers, colleagues, or control posture, and maintain documentation for audit support.

  • •Demonstrable experience delivering cross-functional change at scale in a matrixed organisation across business, technology, and risk.
  • •Strong stakeholder management at senior levels across businesses and control functions.

  • •Practical experience embedding technology into operating processes including SOPs, QA, controls, MI, training, and user support.
  • •Experience working within regulated financial services control environments while balancing speed-to-value with control adherence and operational resilience.
