Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as maintainer and primary representative for the AS9100/ISO9000 Quality Management System, including internal audits, surveillance, and recertification.
  • •Triage, disposition, and ensure timely closure of non-conformances; lead CAPA initiatives to permanently resolve identified failure modes.
  • •Track, aggregate, and analyze line yield data, RMAs, and test failures; report yield trends, failure metrics, and QMS audit readiness.
  • •Establish inspection criteria, acceptance standards, and quality checkpoints; support First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, final acceptance, and receiving inspection.
  • •Partner with Hardware, Software, and Test Engineering, and Supply Chain, to support defect tracking, design transfer, and supplier corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in quality-related engineering, quality management, or manufacturing quality roles.
  • •Direct experience managing an ISO9000/AS9100 system, including handling non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
  • •Experience working in manufacturing and testing of electronic assemblies with both hardware and software components, including IPC and J-Standard familiarity.
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement tools and designing experiments to measure quality control.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills to influence process owners and functional leaders without direct authority.
