Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish project governance frameworks, defining governance structures, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadences, reporting cycles, and integrated assurance activities.
  • •Prepare governance artifacts including Terms of Reference (ToR), governance maps, RACI matrices, stage-gate guidance, and approvals pathways.
  • •Design and continuously improve PMO and project delivery processes, identifying gaps and recommending practical improvements; create standardized PMO tools and templates.
  • •Support integrated reporting and performance management, including dashboards, KPIs, milestone reporting, and management summaries aligned to governance requirements.
  • •Support change management and assurance operations by capturing and processing changes, conducting assurance checks and quality reviews, and tracking actions and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–10 years post-graduate experience as a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • •Demonstrable experience supporting PMO/project governance within major infrastructure or energy projects.
  • •Strong understanding of major capital project lifecycle governance and stage-gate processes.
  • •Experience mapping and improving project delivery processes and governance workflows, including developing standardized PMO tools, templates, and documentation.
  • •Excellent analytical and written communication skills to produce clear, structured, business-ready documentation.
