Job Summary

Own evidence-based workforce planning and organization design to support DANS’ strategic objectives. Develop workforce strategies, organizational structures, job architecture, and workforce analytics, including headcount governance and workforce optimization. Enable sustainable growth and operational excellence through workforce modelling, reporting, and position management, while supporting organizational transformation in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop workforce strategies, organizational structures, and job architecture aligned to DANS’ strategic objectives.
•Deliver evidence-based workforce planning, organization design, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
•Manage headcount governance and workforce optimization to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
•Create and use workforce analytics, position management, and workforce modelling to inform decisions.
•Support organizational transformation and provide data analysis and reporting to enable effective resource utilization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
•7–10 years’ experience in workforce planning, organization design, organizational effectiveness, or HR strategy.
•Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics, organizational restructuring, job architecture, and manpower planning.
•Experience supporting organizational transformation within a complex organization.
•Experience in aviation or government sector is advantageous; a professional certification in related areas is desirable.
