Property Project Cost Manager

Oversee property-related projects by guiding planning and project delivery through independent cost estimation and program-level cost oversight. Develop early-stage ROM estimates and validate detailed cost models across major trades using drawings and historical cost intelligence. Keep projects financially viable with forecasting, budgeting, and cost alignment, lead change order and cost control, and perform estimate-vs-actual analysis while supporting risk management, feasibility, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.
