Job Summary

Serve as the primary technical owner for Citizens’ Netskope-based Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-delivered security services (SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, Cloud Firewall, and SSE) aligned to Zero Trust. Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to modernize remote access, engineer scalable secure connectivity, develop security policies and procedures, and provide Tier III troubleshooting and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical owner and subject matter expert for the enterprise Netskope platform.
•Design, deploy, and support Netskope SASE/SSE services including SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, Cloud Firewall, and related capabilities.
•Lead Zero Trust access initiatives and modernize traditional remote access technologies.
•Engineer scalable and secure access solutions for a hybrid workforce, cloud connectivity, and enterprise applications.
•Develop security policies and operational procedures, provide Tier III troubleshooting, and mentor engineers while driving continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•8+ years in Network Engineering, Security Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related disciplines.
•5+ years hands-on experience with SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, or cloud-delivered security platforms.
•Extensive hands-on Netskope administration and engineering in a large enterprise environment.
•Strong understanding of SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, SSE, TCP/IP, and DNS/routing/proxy technologies with TLS inspection.
