Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise-critical engineering investment programmes, including scope, resourcing, risk management, and performance tracking. Translate business priorities into executable engineering and capital project plans.
•Provide senior leadership across multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring consistency and technical excellence. Drive implementation of global standards and delivery processes.
•Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality. Identify capability gaps and strengthen technical and leadership capability across the team.
•Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions. Collaborate with site leadership to ensure operational readiness. Act as the primary interface for key stakeholders.
•Define programme structure, milestones, and success metrics. Manage technical, operational, financial, and schedule risks. Provide updates to senior leadership. Optimise CAPEX budgets to drive cost efficiency and ROI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
•Minimum 15+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of large, complex, capital‑intensive engineering and construction programs.
•Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large‑scale greenfield and brownfield CAPEX programs with total investment values of $300M+.
•Strong, proven leadership capability, with the ability to influence, align, and drive performance across cross‑functional, matrixed, and geographically dispersed teams.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and senior stakeholder‑management skills, with the credibility to operate effectively at executive level.
