Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise-critical engineering investment programmes, including scope, resourcing, risk management, and performance tracking. Translate business priorities into executable engineering and capital project plans.
  • •Provide senior leadership across multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring consistency and technical excellence. Drive implementation of global standards and delivery processes.
  • •Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality. Identify capability gaps and strengthen technical and leadership capability across the team.
  • •Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions. Collaborate with site leadership to ensure operational readiness. Act as the primary interface for key stakeholders.
  • •Define programme structure, milestones, and success metrics. Manage technical, operational, financial, and schedule risks. Provide updates to senior leadership. Optimise CAPEX budgets to drive cost efficiency and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 15+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of large, complex, capital‑intensive engineering and construction programs.
  • •Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large‑scale greenfield and brownfield CAPEX programs with total investment values of $300M+.
  • •Strong, proven leadership capability, with the ability to influence, align, and drive performance across cross‑functional, matrixed, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, and senior stakeholder‑management skills, with the credibility to operate effectively at executive level.
