Job Summary

Deliver consistent project governance across a portfolio of infrastructure and property projects. Lead project planning, controls, and reporting using PMO and BMS frameworks, while ensuring compliance with governance and contractual obligations. Build and maintain finance dashboards and EAC forecasts, coordinate resource planning, and support onboarding/offboarding. Serve as a focal point for client communications and risk, change, and quality control activities to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support project planning, controls, and reporting in line with BMS and PMO frameworks.
•Ensure project compliance with governance standards and contractual obligations, maintaining reporting calendars and periodic reviews.
•Develop and maintain project finance dashboards and EAC forecasts; track team utilisation and support resource planning.
•Serve as a focal point for client communications and issue resolution; support project managers and technical leads.
•Maintain risk registers, oversee change control processes and related financials, and promote continuous improvement in PMO operations.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of project management experience, preferably in infrastructure, property, or consultancy environments.
•Strong understanding of project controls, governance, and financial tracking.
•Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Primavera (P6).
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Preferred: APM, Prince 2, PMP, MRICS or equivalent project management certification.
