•Hire, train, grow and manage a team of Solutions Architects for a high-growth company.
•Help customers succeed with Databricks by delivering outsized value to their businesses.
•Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and establish relationships across the business to support customer and team success.
•Partner with sales leadership to hit sales and consumption targets and ensure customer success.
•Keep the team ahead of the technical curve by maintaining a deep understanding of the technology stack and continuously learning to provide comprehensive solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 178,100 - 244,850 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, and enabling pre- and post-sales professionals
•7+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product (e.g., data warehousing, big data, or machine learning)
•deep technical understanding of the impact of Data & AI across various industry segments
•trusted advisor to technical executives guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions
•experience leading architectural discussions, proofs of concepts, and product demonstrations
