Job Summary

Steer an Agile Release Train to successful, aligned software delivery by coordinating release planning, facilitating PI execution, and managing change across program increments. Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate coordinated release planning and execution for the Agile Release Train, including feature refinement for PI planning and quarterly planning communications.
•Manage ART risk, impediments, dependencies, and escalated issues to maintain delivery of value while handling change to the PI plan.
•Maintain portfolio/program transparency by ensuring backlog management and ALM tool data integrity for accurate reporting and metrics collection.
•Drive continuous improvement through ART retrospectives and periodic ART reviews with leaders and stakeholders, including support for system demos.
•Coordinate major feature releases and cross-train initiatives, and support AI policy compliance and AI adoption to improve program performance and delivery predictability.

Key Requirements

•Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship (no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship).
•Live within a commutable distance to the Atlanta office and attend onsite multiple times a week.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience as a Release Train Engineer (or equivalent combinations such as master’s/2 years or Ph.D./up to 1 year).
•4+ years’ experience as a Release Train Engineer in a scaled Agile environment with program management responsibilities.
•Agile/Project credentials such as CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP (or related), PMP, and/or SAFe Agilist (preferred), plus strong stakeholder management and Lean/System Thinking experience.
