Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer the Agile Release Train (ART) by facilitating release planning, feature refinement, and quarterly planning coordination.
  • •Manage ART change impacts, resolve or escalate impediments and risks, and support alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • •Maintain portfolio/program/project support through backlog management and ALM data integrity, including reporting metrics and KPIs as needed.
  • •Drive continuous improvement via ART retrospectives, periodic ART reviews with leaders/stakeholders, and participation in System Demo improvement.
  • •Coordinate major feature releases and cross-train initiatives, and support Agile process improvement and organizational AI policy/standards adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship (no OPT/CPT/STEM-OPT/visa sponsorship).
  • •Must live within a commutable distance to Atlanta office and come onsite multiple times a week.
  • •4+ years’ experience as a Release Train Engineer; bachelor’s in a related discipline with 4 years’ RTE experience (or equivalent combinations).
  • •Program Management experience preferably in a Scaled Agile environment, with strong technical aptitude and ability to lead teams delivering quality software.
  • •Experience in stakeholder management with Director and above leadership and applying Lean and Systems Thinking; Agile/Scrum/XP/Kanban/SAFe experience plus relevant Agile certifications (CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP) and/or PMP/SAFe Agilist preferred.
