Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure resolution of day-to-day technical/operational issues and customer issues related to assigned delivery projects.
  • •Build, grow, and manage operational and technological relationships with key accounts, including issuing members, acquiring members, and/or processors.
  • •Identify and deliver against customer and Mastercard business and corporate objectives, opportunities, and commitments.
  • •Analyze and improve customer operational performance and profitability through back-office reviews (e.g., chargebacks, authorization).
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product/technology enhancements, communicate operational improvements, and contribute to account planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 109,000 - 158,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated customer and relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functional levels.
  • •Experience in payments with preferred credit/debit card operations knowledge (issuing and acquiring), including authorizations, clearing, settlement, and fraud/risk management.
  • •Demonstrated successful account management experience.
  • •Technology and operations-related skills, with project management and implementation skills preferred.
