Key Responsibilities

•Design protection and control systems for substations, including relay settings, protection schemes, and interlock systems.
•Prepare single line diagrams (SLDs), protection logic diagrams, metering layouts, and cable termination diagrams.
•Coordinate relay protection studies (overcurrent, earth fault, motor protection, distance protection) and fault analysis.
•Conduct power system studies (load flow, short circuit, transient stability, motor starting, arc flash) and develop system enhancement algorithms.
•Develop control and relay panel layouts, GA drawings, functional block diagrams, and BOMs; integrate SCADA schemes and ensure interface between control and field devices.
