Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate FSQA Technicians’ activities and address issues with appropriate supervision members.
  • •Translate daily FSQA plans from leadership into detailed work assignments and manage staffing for absences.
  • •Monitor progress of technicians and production activities during the shift and ensure FSQA objectives are met.
  • •Run shift briefings covering assignments, production schedule, and areas needing extra attention.
  • •Investigate nonconformance issues, ensure accurate FSQA records, isolate/hold nonconforming products, and report quality and food safety issues to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •At least 1 year of FSQA experience, preferably in a meat manufacturing environment.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to complete Tyson paperwork and read/interpret product specifications.
  • •Willing and able to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical and working-environment requirements; Lock Out Tag Out certification required.
