Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and enhance scalable Python and Golang services to power our member facing mobile app, and care delivery systems with a focus on supporting our patients and care teams.
  • •Contribute to building a digital first experience for patients and scaling care delivery.
  • •Partner with product management, design, analysts and non-technical stakeholders to come up with high-impact features that make metabolic weight loss feel accessible and exciting to our members.
  • •Contribute to the growth of the engineering team by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and helping introduce standardizations and processes that improve technical quality.
  • •Collaborate across stack to ensure systems are reliable, intuitive, and impactful.

Salary: USD 167,249 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience with strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Go, Python, TypeScript) and familiarity with React.
  • •5+ years of REST, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
  • •At least 1 year of experience using AI tools to build consumer-facing products and accelerate development workflows.
  • •Experience building, deploying, and maintaining microservices in production.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to interface with business-level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
