Key Responsibilities

•Build and enhance scalable Python and Golang services to power our member facing mobile app, and care delivery systems with a focus on supporting our patients and care teams.
•Contribute to building a digital first experience for patients and scaling care delivery.
•Partner with product management, design, analysts and non-technical stakeholders to come up with high-impact features that make metabolic weight loss feel accessible and exciting to our members.
•Contribute to the growth of the engineering team by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and helping introduce standardizations and processes that improve technical quality.
•Collaborate across stack to ensure systems are reliable, intuitive, and impactful.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 167,249 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience with strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Go, Python, TypeScript) and familiarity with React.
•5+ years of REST, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
•At least 1 year of experience using AI tools to build consumer-facing products and accelerate development workflows.
•Experience building, deploying, and maintaining microservices in production.
•Strong communication skills and ability to interface with business-level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
