Job Summary

Maintain accurate master data across customer, vendor, and material domains within the Record-to-Report (R2R) shared services team. Support data governance and compliance, resolve performance issues and application errors, and analyze master data trends to improve process efficiency. Coordinate with operating companies to ensure seamless data management, and provide vendor support by reviewing reports to identify discrepancies or fraud risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain master data accuracy and integrity across domains, including customer, vendor, and material.
•Support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with master data policies and controls.
•Perform updates to master data and identify/resolve performance issues, application errors, and change requests.
•Provide insights and suggest enhancements related to SAP code elements and the chart of accounts.
•Analyze master data trends to improve business processes and efficiency, and review reports to identify discrepancies or fraud risks.
