Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute tool installations and upgrades to reduce project cycle time and meet business objectives.
  • •Safely plan, execute, construct, start-up, and commission advanced semiconductor R&D lab facility upgrades and tool installations.
  • •Oversee facility PMs across project phases, managing scope, schedule, and budget from design through commissioning.
  • •Order long-lead equipment and materials, and review/approve engineering submittals with stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with internal partners, architecture/engineering firms, Facilities Operations, and EH&S to develop and approve design criteria, layouts, and drawings; ensure compliance with permitting requirements and building codes.

Salary: USD 110,500 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience in the semiconductor, Thin Films, or similar industry
  • •Experience with highly technical facility planning, design, and build
  • •Proven success managing installations of semiconductor tools into R&D facilities
  • •Prior management experience leading project management teams
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an Engineering discipline, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
