Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and maintain project record logs for submittals, payments, RFIs, change orders, WSTs, subcontractor tracking, NCRs, CPM submissions, SARs.
  • •Assist ARE with processing and reviewing progress payments for contractors.
  • •Support handling of ODC requests and expenditures for upkeep of the CM trailer complex, including services and procurement needs.
  • •Prepare drafts of monthly PMIS reports and support monthly progress presentations, including preparing meeting minutes and action items.
  • •Assist with inspector test report records, follow up on completion of critical issues, and maintain closeout tracking for projects reaching substantial completion.
