Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate projects/workstreams within large transformation programs

  • •Prepare structured reports and recommendations for Transformation Leads and senior stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in transformation, project, or change functions within international matrix organizations
  • •Proven ability to work independently on multiple initiatives with strong analytical and structuring skills
  • •Strong stakeholder management without direct hierarchical authority, comfortable delegating to business owners and experts
  • •Fluent in Dutch and English with clear, concise communication; additional European language is a bonus
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
