Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate projects/workstreams within large transformation programs
•Translate program objectives into concrete plans, milestones, and deliverables
•Support business leaders to take ownership of execution and results
•Coordinate execution between business teams and international capacity (GCC) without taking work from the business
•Prepare structured reports and recommendations for Transformation Leads and senior stakeholders

Salary: EUR 3,200 - 5,100 monthly

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in transformation, project, or change functions within international matrix organizations
•Proven ability to work independently on multiple initiatives with strong analytical and structuring skills
•Strong stakeholder management without direct hierarchical authority, comfortable delegating to business owners and experts
•Fluent in Dutch and English with clear, concise communication; additional European language is a bonus
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
