Build lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers by delivering an exceptional, consultative banking experience. Help clients understand and address financial needs across the customer lifecycle, using deep product and process knowledge and proactive outreach in person or by phone. Analyze customer credit and financial information to recommend appropriate solutions, partner with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain risk accountability and ethical conduct. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
