Key Responsibilities

•Consult and strategize with clients and Aon’s broking team on policy coverage and claims.
•Oversee filing of claim notices.
•Facilitate the tax insurance claim process, including reviewing insurer coverage positions and discussing claim strategy.
•Advocate for claims and negotiate resolutions when appropriate.
•Collect and review tax insurance claims data and support thought leadership publication efforts.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in tax controversy matters resolving tax claims at federal and state levels.
•Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to clients and at industry events.
