Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist management in evaluating plant maintenance employees and vendors for qualifications, experience, and compliance with facilities maintenance programs and procedures.
  • •Make technical recommendations for facilities/GSE, and review contracts and vendor quotes for accuracy and correct scope.
  • •Initiate and manage repair work orders for time-and-material vendors, and review vendor invoices for correct labor and material charges.
  • •Inform station management of facilities abuse damage and accident repair cost, and support part procurement and technical expertise to expedite repairs.
  • •Perform facilities, station, and vendor audits to ensure compliance with Facilities Maintenance policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Requirements
