Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing activities within New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure successful transition from development to production.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering and Development to apply DFM and DFA principles early in product development.
  • •Define manufacturing equipment requirements and specifications, evaluate supplier proposals, and support supplier selection.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, and plan/coordinate FAT, SAT, and production ramp-up.
  • •Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives and migration to more efficient, scalable, automated, and digitalized manufacturing solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • •Experience supporting manufacturing activities within product development or NPI projects.
  • •Strong technical understanding of electromechanical products and manufacturing processes, including ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • •Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
