Job Summary

Drive Reddit’s measurement ecosystem by leading high-impact marketing science partnerships and vendor relationships. Own end-to-end execution of partner programs, including contract renewals, negotiations, and integration delivery across data pipelines and clean room implementations. Partner with Product, Sales, and Legal to scope research integrations, assess performance from start to finish, and translate industry trends into measurement strategy aligned to upcoming ad product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, ensuring program integrity and managing contract renewals, negotiations, and new partnership opportunities.
•Advance measurement strategy by vetting, onboarding, and managing premium vendor relationships aligned to sales and measurement objectives.
•Partner across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders to scope, deliver, and utilize research integrations supporting Reddit advertising.
•Assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects and provide executive-level recommendations to optimize delivery and streamline workflows.
•Manage technology-based integrations with global and regional measurement providers, including data pipelines, clean room implementations, and AI/ML productivity tools.

Salary: USD 167,500 - 234,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement, ideally within a measurement company or media owner with digital advertising background.
•Ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners, driving program health and strategic revenue goals.
•Deep familiarity with advertising measurement, including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales lift, and methodologies like MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
•Proven end-to-end management and presentation of complex quantitative advertising research, including understanding ad-tech infrastructure and data flows.
•Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including negotiating effectively with senior stakeholders; social media platform experience is a plus.
