Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, and market launch.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams to maintain operating rhythm.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers for cross-functional work.
•Identify execution gaps, push teams to close them, and own urgent business problems outside single-department scope.

Key Requirements

•Operate as a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Communicate clearly as a writer and structured thinker, with strong follow-through.
•Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities with strong judgment on what matters and what needs escalation.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
