Key Responsibilities

  • •Escort defendants to and from courtrooms and related areas, including accompanying them to the toilet to ensure security and safety
  • •Monitor and supervise detainees during court sessions to maintain security and minimise risk
  • •Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • •Provide support to detainees during harrowing testimonies and maintain professionalism
  • •Complete necessary paperwork and data entry accurately, including detainee movements and incidents
