Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as subject matter expert and operational coordinator for hardware staging, installation, and physical asset lifecycle management.
  • •Monitor and triage incidents, service requests, and change orders in ServiceNow; allocate daily deployment/troubleshooting tasks to team members.
  • •Lead pre-deployment preparation (software images, firmware, OS updates) and execute physical hardware rollout for end-user endpoints and peripherals.
  • •Perform quality assurance on completed deployments (safety standards and cable management) and provide technical escalations for complex issues.
  • •Conduct secure data wiping, operate media destruction equipment, and coordinate DRMO (sorting, documentation, palletizing, and custody transfers) while maintaining audit logs and inventory accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree; may be substituted for additional years of experience.
  • •3+ years of related experience in datacenter/enterprise IT hardware or deployments.
  • •Current/active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • •ITIL 5 Foundation certification within 9 months of start and DOW 8140 certification.
  • •Solid understanding of OS imaging utilities, firmware flashing, and hardware diagnostics, plus experience with secure data sanitization and media destruction.
