Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Sectorcoördinatie Bouw (25%): drive market development, plan sector activities, and manage campaigns and partnerships.
  • •Manage and grow own Bouw portfolio (75%): advise clients on damage, income and risk management and build long-term relationships.
  • •Sector market activities: develop market engagement and account strategies with dedicated Account Managers.
  • •Internal visibility: build internal networks and become the go-to person for the construction sector.
  • •Knowledge sharing and partnerships: initiate sessions and nurture strategic collaborations with industry bodies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,500 - 6,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •HBO work- and thinking level (HBO werk- en denkniveau).
  • •Wft Basis, Wft Schade Zakelijk and Wft Inkomen (Assurantie A is a pre) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the insurance sector.
  • •A connecting personality with strong networking ability.
  • •Ability to mobilize specialists and organize projects clearly.
