Job Summary

Lead material program planning for a portfolio of fast-paced development programs within the Airborne Spectrum Dominance product line supply chain. Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams, creating and executing program material strategy through front-end execution to contract closure. Develop supplier management plans, support make/buy/where sourcing decisions, manage purchase requisitions and orders with MRP demand loads, and coordinate RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and supplier SOWs in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute material program plans and supplier management plans.
•Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the make/buy/where process.
•Identify customer prime contract flow-downs and communicate required terms attachments and/or modifications.
•Generate supplier statements of work (SSOWs) and manage supplier RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and proposals/quotes.
•Drive purchase requisition generation and purchase order placement/management using MRP system demand loads, including supplier engagements and performance reviews.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a university degree, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•Experience with supply chain, production control, and/or procurement processes and requirements.
•Experience with Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including Pivot Tables).
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
•U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a security clearance.
