Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end recruiting across Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Communications, and Trust & Safety
  • •Build targeted pipelines for Trust & Safety roles and other corporate functions
  • •Design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI tools and predictive analytics
  • •Develop and refine interview frameworks, rubrics, and assessment processes
  • •Partner with corporate leaders to translate market data into hiring recommendations and manage offers with equity considerations

Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels, ideally in tech, consumer, or high-growth companies
  • •Experience recruiting across Trust & Safety, policy, compliance, or operations with sensitivity to screening
  • •Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques
  • •Comfort using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and present pipeline insights to leadership
  • •Hands-on experience building interview frameworks, scorecards, and assessment rubrics
