Job Summary

Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Communications, and Trust & Safety. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end recruiting across Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Communications, and Trust & Safety
•Build targeted pipelines for Trust & Safety roles and other corporate functions
•Design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI tools and predictive analytics
•Develop and refine interview frameworks, rubrics, and assessment processes
•Partner with corporate leaders to translate market data into hiring recommendations and manage offers with equity considerations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels, ideally in tech, consumer, or high-growth companies
•Experience recruiting across Trust & Safety, policy, compliance, or operations with sensitivity to screening
•Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques
•Comfort using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and present pipeline insights to leadership
•Hands-on experience building interview frameworks, scorecards, and assessment rubrics
