Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop instrumentation drawings and specifications for instrumentation systems with minimal supervision.
  • •Assess instrument installation requirements and collaborate with engineers to select appropriate instruments and control devices.
  • •Produce design/construction documents (control schematics, P&IDs, network diagrams, and related schedules).
  • •Create and maintain instrumentation documentation including specifications, calibration procedures, and maintenance plans.
  • •Assist with data collection and analysis from site surveys, drawings, and reports for project development and construction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
  • •Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant post-education experience.
  • •Technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (DDC) including data switches, servers, and related equipment.
  • •Experience drafting documents using BMS symbology, ISA standards, loop diagrams, and alarm management.
  • •Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols used in the BMS industry.
