Key Responsibilities

  • •Set vision and define the roadmap for Finance Analytics aligned to business priorities and data strategy.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable data products, AI solutions, and automation initiatives.
  • •Build and lead a team, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing best practices for data modeling and product development.
  • •Oversee end-to-end design, development, and adoption of Finance data products, dashboards, and internal applications.
  • •Lead AI-powered transformation by developing intelligent workflows (automation, copilots, agents, decision-support tools) and partnering with Data Engineering on data quality and governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 262,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related fields, with 2+ years in a people management role.
  • •Deep expertise in SQL and building scalable, production-grade data models.
  • •Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
