Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the lead finance business partner, providing strategic financial advice and recommendations and supporting business leaders in evaluating opportunities.
  • •Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance target-setting; monitor performance and facilitate business and financial reviews.
  • •Deliver financial analysis, management reporting, and business insights; develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.
  • •Provide financial oversight for strategic initiatives and capital investments, including business cases, project financial performance, and project risk management.
  • •Advise on governance, compliance, and internal controls in coordination with Corporate Finance; lead, coach, and develop the Business Finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA is preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
  • •Minimum 4-5 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to provide financial advice on strategic initiatives, investments, and business performance, with experience in financial risk management and regulatory compliance.
