Job Summary

Lead workplace health, safety and environmental risk management at Kerry's Jeddah site, ensure regulatory and company compliance, drive HSE initiatives through daily operations, training and continuous improvement, and support the HSE Committee to maintain safe, compliant operations.

Job Function: Quality & Regulatory (Non-Software)

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and control occupational hazards, environmental impact, interfacing with employees and management; rectify HSE issues in day-to-day operations and take immediate action.
•Support and guide the HSE Committee for daily/monthly activities and inspections.
•Develop and implement HSE programs, policies and management systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
•Ensure findings under ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 are rectified and effective, including Kerry RSA issues.
•Provide training to increase safety awareness and knowledge; conduct safety inductions for new employees, contractors and visitors.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or higher in Health & Safety or Environmental Sciences
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably Food/Pharma)
•Proven knowledge of OSHA 1994, EQA 1974 & FMA 1967
•Registered Safety & Health Officer with valid Green Book
•Schedule Waste Competent Person (value added to this position)
