Job Summary

Lead enterprise thought leadership for the S&P Global Institute by defining narrative throughlines that connect research and leadership perspective into an influential, coherent point of view. Orchestrate editorial voice and flagship content across reports, digital formats, video, podcasts, and executive briefings. Identify and scale emerging distribution channels using AI-enabled tools and GEO/AI-era visibility standards, partnering across research fellows, editorial, design & publishing, marketing, communications, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Define narrative throughlines connecting research, leadership perspective, and market reality into an influential S&P Global point of view, translating complex research into accessible storytelling and managing the Institute’s editorial voice.
•Amplify impact of Institute research by leveraging flagship reports, digital formats, video, podcasts, executive briefings, AI/GEO discoverability, and media content; align publications with enterprise flagship events and programming.
•Identify, test, and scale emerging channels, formats, and distribution models; use AI-enabled tools to accelerate content adaptation, increase discoverability, and support scaling.
•Partner with the Head of the Institute and Research Fellows to shape the Institute’s voice on agreed priorities through publications and external positioning, collaborating with EDP and Communications on editorial style and risk management guardrails.
•Work closely with CCO, CMO, and Marketing to produce highly visible, digestible content aligned with client interests; engage divisional SMEs for voice, contribution, and validation.

Salary: USD 150,481 - 263,788 annually

•Exceptional executive-level writing ability to distill complex research and data into clear, resonant stories for senior audiences.
•Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams (research, editorial, marketing, communications, and events) without direct authority.
•Track record of driving content reach and impact through modern distribution channels, including emerging digital and AI-enabled platforms.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to align and influence senior leaders, divisional partners, and external stakeholders.
