Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own global real estate strategy, portfolio plan, and occupancy strategy aligned to firm growth and integration.
  • •Build and lead a global real estate organization; establish governance, data, and analytics to support capital and occupancy decisions.
  • •Set workplace design standards and guardrails across the portfolio; recommend office design and layout changes.
  • •Own transactions strategy and oversee execution through appointed real estate transactions partners and outsource provider/partner delivery models.
  • •Ensure design & construction projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget to firm design standards; measure portfolio performance and partner with Workplace Operations and Finance on execution and planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, architecture/engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • •15+ years of corporate real estate experience, including portfolio strategy and transactions oversight.
  • •Experience leading partner-led delivery models (brokerage, design, and construction vendors).
  • •Strong financial acumen, including capital planning and project economics.
  • •Proven ability to provide strategic oversight of a global or multi-country portfolio with excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
