Key Responsibilities

•Assist Concessions/Food Room by ensuring kitchen orders are delivered promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
•Perform table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties following HOB service standards.
•Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.
•Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift.
•Keep the floor neat and clean by clearing spills, managing trash/recycling, and stocking lines to par while following safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Experience in high-volume kitchen operations in a food service role (Expeditor or Server).
•Exceptional communication skills with strong customer interaction.
•Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and food safety practices.
•Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency, critical thinking, and decision making.
•High school diploma.
