Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through an assigned customer portfolio, appointments, outside calling, Centers of Influence, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies to provide appropriate customer service.
  • •Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales focused on investment or lending.
  • •Active FINRA licenses: hold 3 of Series 6 or 7, Series 63 or 66, State Life and Health Insurance License, and SIE; if not holding all required licenses, acquire remaining within 120 days of hire date.
  • •Ability to drive sales and manage a book of business.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
