Job Summary

Coordinate and support ship maintenance activities for the Waterfront and Docking Service Delivery teams. Ensure maintenance instructions, work execution quality, and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) documentation are completed and properly recorded. Manage special tools, test equipment, and materials with subcontracted Technical Support Network providers. Produce and maintain reports, agendas/minutes, purchase requisitions, and closure documentation to support safe, compliant maintenance onboard naval vessels and at the Halifax site.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide general project support and administration for the Waterfront and Docking Service Delivery teams.
•Draft, review, and ensure maintenance instructions are complete and sufficient for service providers to perform assigned maintenance operations.
•Oversee maintenance activities conducted by service providers on board naval vessels to required quality standards in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
•Compile work item closure reports, ensure completeness/accuracy, and enter closure into the designated project tool.
•Generate and manage documentation and reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), maintain subcontractor records, support purchase requisitions/POs, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Technical program diploma in a marine technical field, or technologist/technician certification from a recognized licensing body.
•Minimum of four (4) years of practical hands-on experience performing and coordinating maintenance activities within the last ten (10) years.
•Strong computer literacy with proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
•Experience interfacing between internal/external stakeholders in a project (procurement, project management, or warehouse experience is desirable).
