Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor short-term demand to identify capacity bottlenecks and ensure accurate performance parameters (EPT, utilization, output, cycle time, lot size).
  • •Maintain long-term parameter assumptions, determine capital and expense requirements, submit capital needs for review, and review TIQ progress with the engineering team.
  • •Plan space by arranging tool lists and requirements (vibration, bay line, foundation), coordinating utilities needs with facilities, improving tool count in the fab, and inspecting layout plans with tool owners.
  • •Coordinate tool installation by monitoring TIQ to release tools for output and meet TIQ criteria to adhere to output plans.
  • •Optimize resources by collaborating on prioritizing and arranging resources to meet output requirements.
