Key Responsibilities

  • •Own infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities, risk tolerances, and AI-enabled innovation.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop an infrastructure team; set SOPs, escalation paths, and operational SLAs/SLOs, and drive capacity planning.
  • •Oversee enterprise infrastructure operations across VMware, Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
  • •Champion Infrastructure-as-Code principles and establish governance for multi-cloud management, workload placement, cross-cloud networking, and platform interconnectivity.
  • •Ensure reliability and security through monitoring/observability, IAM/patching/zero-trust enforcement, incident recovery leadership, and DR/ransomware preparedness and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in Systems/Cloud Engineering, with 3–5 years in a formal technical leadership or management role.
  • •Deep operational expertise with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy), and enterprise Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
  • •Proven experience running production workloads across major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and enterprise clouds (OCI).
  • •Hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Packer, or cloud-native IaC frameworks.
  • •Experience with multi-cloud networking and security (VPCs, VNets, DirectConnect, ExpressRoute, FastConnect, DNS, IAM) plus designing/testing DR/BCP strategies.
