Senior Manager - Supervision

Supervise a portfolio of financial institutions in line with FSRA regulations, risk appetite, and international best practices. Build and execute risk-based supervisory plans, conduct inspections and supervisory reviews, assess financial and conduct risks, and drive prompt remediation of deficiencies. Partner closely with the Supervision Director and internal stakeholders, develop supervisory frameworks and policies, and serve as a point of supervisory expertise across sectors.
