Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner cross-functionally with engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, model evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage open source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 244,700 - 279,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies (or 6+ years with a Master’s degree) plus a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI,
  • •8+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Experience deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •Experience architecting and delivering complex AI systems.
  • •Experience developing AI/ML technologies (e.g., LLM inference, similarity search/vector databases, guardrails, memory) using Python and C++/C#/Java/Golang.
