Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the framework(s) as a key client-facing role, accountable for developing and maintaining client relationships and reputation.
  • •Develop and deliver the framework account plan with Strategy & Growth leads and CAMs, ensuring agreed safety, programme, cost, innovation, and quality metrics.
  • •Understand and deliver AECOM’s commercial, contractual, and technical obligations, outperforming and reporting on Framework KPIs to drive repeat work.
  • •Identify upcoming client pursuits, position AECOM for them, and lead proposal development with bid and delivery teams to create winning technical and commercial proposals.
  • •Assess business needs (capacity and capability) to expand the team through progression and recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
  • •Deep understanding of the water sector and knowledge of the regulatory environment clients operate in.
  • •Proven experience building strong relationships and mutual trust with stakeholders within client organisations.
  • •Experience in technical and commercial bid development and delivering water industry schemes.
  • •Experience delivering across project phases, including business case development, feasibility, and design/construction support.
