Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide wrap-around support and career counseling for workforce development participants, including referrals for community-based services and coordination of financial and resource support services
  • •Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized career plans based on interests, skills, and career readiness
  • •Support resume development, job search, and job retention through ongoing participant engagement
  • •Maintain timely documentation of participant engagement and support
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with community-based partners, local/state agencies, and employers in the skilled trades
