Job Summary

Lead manufacturing operations in ASML’s Linkou Factory by driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) performance across multiple production teams. Establish a high-performance culture through frontline leadership, oversee KPI and daily operational reviews, and manage escalations for critical issues. Drive Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives to improve productivity, cycle time, capacity, and quality, while partnering cross-functionally to align manufacturing strategy with business goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead manufacturing operations to achieve SQDCP objectives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People).
•Ensure production plans execute effectively to meet customer demand and business commitments.
•Drive manufacturing performance through KPI management, visual management, and daily operational reviews, including risk mitigation.
•Lead and develop teams of Team Leaders, supervisors, and manufacturing professionals; foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
•Drive Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives to improve productivity, cycle time, quality, and capacity; collaborate cross-functionally to address operational challenges.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Operations Management.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, production management, or industrial engineering.
•Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing leaders, supervisors, or large operational teams.
•Proven track record delivering operational results in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
