Job Summary

Install, maintain, inspect, and repair Philips medical imaging devices (e.g., MRI/CT/X-ray/ultrasound and related systems) to support safe, reliable service delivery in front-line healthcare environments. Handle escalations, provide customer and internal reporting and proposals, and support service-engineer skill development. Manage safety issues based on quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of your assigned equipment’s technical performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Install medical equipment and perform scheduled/urgent maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
•Escalate customer issues promptly and effectively.
•Provide fast reporting and proposals to customers and internal stakeholders.
•Develop required technical and interpersonal skills for service engineering work.
•Improve technical capability for assigned equipment and report safety issues identified under quality policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: JPY 4,500,000 - 5,800,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in customer support using technology, field service, or sales engineering (or similar).
•Willingness to work flexibly, including transfers as needed.
•Must have a valid driver’s license.
•Ability to collaborate (scheduling coordination and working with sales and internal teams).
•STEM background; especially those who studied electrical/electronics/mechanical/medical technology (e.g., college of technology/specialized/undergraduate).
