Director of Platform Engineering

Lead Grata’s Platform Engineering team end-to-end, setting a multi-year platform strategy and owning execution and operational health across systems powering the product, data, and AI surfaces. You’ll build and scale data ingestion/orchestration, developer tooling, infrastructure, and the agentic runtime for next-generation dealmaking workflows. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and AI leaders while hiring, coaching, and driving reliability, performance, cost, and security.
