Lead the growth of the PMCM business in Ireland by defining and executing a strategic growth plan with the PMCM Business Unit Managing Director and WSP Ireland Country Lead. Drive market development across sectors such as rail, highways, water, energy, and local government through new opportunities, key account management, and strategic partnerships. Build client relationships, represent WSP at industry engagements, and grow PMCM resource capacity across Dublin and Belfast.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the PMCM Ireland Growth Strategy aligned to regional and global objectives.
•Identify and secure new business opportunities across rail, highways, water, energy, and local government.
•Build and maintain senior client relationships across Ireland and lead a key account management framework with annual targets.
•Establish strategic partnerships, collaborate on resource planning with market demand, and ensure a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
•Lead PMCM resource capacity across Belfast and Dublin, support target business outcomes, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Significant leadership experience in a client-facing environment.
•Approx. 20 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure projects (typically €50m+).
•Proven expertise in rail and/or large-scale infrastructure programmes.
•Strong commercial and contract management experience (e.g. NEC, FIDIC, COE).
•Degree in Engineering or Project Management, plus chartered status and professional body membership (e.g. APM, ICE, IET).
