  • •Develop and implement the PMCM Ireland Growth Strategy aligned to regional and global objectives.
  • •Identify and secure new business opportunities across rail, highways, water, energy, and local government.
  • •Build and maintain senior client relationships across Ireland and lead a key account management framework with annual targets.
  • •Establish strategic partnerships, collaborate on resource planning with market demand, and ensure a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
  • •Lead PMCM resource capacity across Belfast and Dublin, support target business outcomes, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong commercial and contract management experience (e.g. NEC, FIDIC, COE).
  • •Degree in Engineering or Project Management, plus chartered status and professional body membership (e.g. APM, ICE, IET).
